Order a Custom-Printed Display for GSX 2027
GSX 2027 is September 20–22, 2027 in Orlando. Access control, video, cybersecurity and guard-service companies exhibit; many are startups and regional integrators in inline 10x10 booths. If you need a counter, backwall, or any other display with custom print for your own booth, order with a conservative buffer for print and transit.
Conservative order-by: Monday, September 6, 2027
That date is the conservative cutoff for Hardware + Print: 5 business days of print after artwork approval, plus about 5 days of transit. We do not promise a show-floor arrival date. If artwork is not approved on September 6, the print clock starts later.
The date applies to every product on this site that takes a custom print: the Fold Out, Case & Counter, Soft Image, and Classic Frame counters, the Classic Frame backwall, and the Standard Case wrap. Hardware only ships in 24 hours if you already have graphics. Current pricing for every configuration is on each product page.
What you get
Expolinc hardware from US stock, with a custom graphic printed in the US to your artwork. Free shipping to the continental US. Transit is typically 2–5 days after the order ships. We ship to the continental US only.
Upload print-ready files at checkout. We review before production. Custom print is 5 business days after approval — not after the order click, if the file needs a fix. Email info@counterhubdisplays.com if you want a file check before you order.
Which display for a 10x10 booth
For a counter, most exhibitors start with the Fold Out Counter: it sets up in under 60 seconds with no tools and packs in a padded bag. Case & Counter is the rolling hard case that converts to a counter. Soft Image is the stretch-fabric counter that folds flat.
Classic Frame 10x8 is the usual back wall for a 10x10 and connects to the matching counters. Email info@counterhubdisplays.com if you want help sizing a wall or choosing a counter before you order.
