That date is the conservative cutoff for Hardware + Print: 5 business days of print after artwork approval, plus about 5 days of transit. We do not promise a show-floor arrival date. If artwork is not approved on October 5, the print clock starts later.
Hardware only ships in 24 hours (from $703) if you already have graphics. Most exhibitors buy Standard Hardware + Print at $837.
